We recommend if you were a Small prior to pregnancy to order a Medium.

We recommend if you were a Medium prior to pregnancy to order a Large. 

Tribe! Do NOT let the size define you! Order what is going to give you the BEST fit! We find this bra works best during pregnancy when you order 1 size up!
